    Google Moon!

It's a special day today, so special, that Google has made a minor addition to Google Maps in the form of a certain celestial body.
In honor of the first manned Moon landing, which took place on July 20, 1969, we’ve added some NASA imagery to the Google Maps interface to help you pay your own visit to our celestial neighbor. Happy lunar surfing.
Check out Google Moon, but whatever you do, don't zoom in too close!

Thanks to Stoo for the tipoff

I'm glad that at least one massive company is glad to show a sense of humour - shows there are actually humans behind the business

Hopefully one day we will be able to zoom in far enough to see Apollo 11s flag.
