    Virus writers look to Vista

    Authors of malicious software are already directing attention towards Microsoft's up-coming operating system, Vista, or more specifically one of the components that is likely (though not certain) to ship with it come release day. From the BBC:
    The viruses target MSH (Microsoft Command Shell), the technology that Microsoft is looking at using to replace DOS in Windows.

    Security experts had warned about the possibility of virus writers exploiting MSH in 2004.
    Will MSH make it into Vista, and if it doesn't, will it be down to time constraints, or security concerns?
    PHP Code:
    $s = new signature();
    $s->sarcasm()->intellect()->font('Courier New')->display();

    People are reading this all wrong, it's not a virus, it's a script which runs in MSH. It would be like calling a batch file that formats your hard drive a virus.
