    I dont think Onecare provides the protection itself Bob , but is more proactive about making sure you apply the revelent patches ( in the same way that 3rd party health scanning products , like GFI Languard NSS does

    Stick in a free firewall and you have what onecare is offering.

    Well I suppose its all about "adding value" isnt it as "Microsoft Corporation" have to make their $.
