    Now that could be useful, keep the IDE drives on seperate channels, none of this sharing 1 betwen master and slave, that goes down wonders when you want to use the dvd rom while your burning a dvdr ;p

    I grabbed something like this off ebay a few years back. But mine has the added advantage of being able to connect notebook IDE's as well. It's a 3rd party build from Hong Kong and the quality isn't upto much but it get's the job done and is worth it's weight in gold when I get confronted with a laptop that need rescuing.

    No power switch on this one either (unlike the Scan one). But very handy to keep in the repair bag none the less.
