Ironic this thread came to light, I've got a court date in a couple of weeks with a local PC supplier who never supplied a PC I ordered. I wonder if the whole reason for his non-delivery was down to him buying his components from savastore as it was at this exact time I placed my order!
He did mention once he got his stuff from a "specialist trade supplier based in Watford"
In most cases, the serial number should be enough.
I would suggest you speak & email iiyama (nicely) and just give them your story.
Tell them where your purchased the item from, when (approx.) and that you having problems getting your proof of purchase from them.
9/10 times, the manufacture should assist.
The problem is that sometimes, a manufacture might only give 2-year warranty, but the retailer offers you 3-years warranty.
I’m not saying that this is the case here.

Funnily enough, the past week have been fun and games. Apparently, they didn't pay their BT wholesale bill, so we were cut off. It's taken a week for us to be reconnected with NJP. What was an unlimited service is now chargeable above 2GB.
Or 5 Gb as it is now
