if you still have this card could you just run an quck test on XP or vista with the Folding GPU2 client on it whats the PPD and per frame time as well you get on it, as no one has posted its ppd yet (not that i have seen)

XP/vista turn off aero and any thing that does 3d affects as the Nvidia CUDA mite BSOD the pc if any thing animated happens as the GPU2 does anlot of work but does not give prioryty to windows 2d/3d performace
vista 64 support bit picky at this time

I'll admit, I still use XP, and framerate increases aside; I'm still yet to see anything that makes me think my 18 or so month old 8800GTS OC was a worthwhile upgrade over the 6800 Ultra I was using previously..... So this card doesn't exactly float my boat with it's performance / cost ratio.

Or maybe i'm just looking at my monitor through rose tinted spectacles.

Agreed, the only reason i am considering an upgrade is the increased VRAM as i have a 320MB card and i want a monitor with higher resolution
