Do you know what timings those DDRII modules were?

DDRII will have some pants timings when released (Corsair DDRII Cas lantecy timing is at 4! The others aren't much better either) and I'm interested to know if that score was with default timings(pants) or tight timings.

As it stands, it's on par with a Springdale chipset. A finely tuned Canterwood with tight timings would be hitting the 5000's.

Current DDR modules will only go so high and I think we've pretty much hit that limit now. DDR II will take over with speeds of DDR600 at only 1.8v's.
