Gainward Golden Sample Ultra/1200XP GeForce FX 5900 Powerpack! Ultra 128MB review

"A good-looking card that doesn't sacrifice a second PCI slot. A bit more spice to the bundle would have made this a very attractive package. It's still a good card, though."

    On page 2

Expensive graphics aren't all about grunt and FPS, contrary to popular opinion. THine are charged with transmitting the DVI signal to the interface on the back.

OK, its very early in the morning & I may have missed it but this is a review of a Gainward card & there are no overclocking results

Hmm, this new format seems to be playing up a little. The overclocking page went missing and had to be redone. The newest review is now a benchmark section from a motheboard reviewed well over a year ago

The THine DVI chip on the board. Does yours get burning hot when ur using ur TFT thru DVI on it? Just wonderin if mines a bit funny or its meant to be like that.

Not particularly hot, but the board is pretty warm to the touch

:S hmm. The board is ambient temp here (apart from behind the core), but the chip is pretty damn hot
