    It seem to me that all the haswell processors have integrated graphics, if it is so then they are "soothed" for laptops.

    I will get this for my new pc build, I think next gen broadwell processors will hopefully run on the same socket as this one

    My main concern is that if Haswell gen is poor overclocker, we should expect same thing from Broadwell gen CPU's. Or even no OC... That would be a nightmare.

    I overclock and "need" VT (or the AMD equivalent). Sure it's a niche case though - mainly because my backup VirtualBox host is also my gaming PC. So the PC is oc'd (for gaming) but the VT extensions are useful to enable better VM support. Maybe this disqualifies me from being an "enthusiast" and perhaps - like my missus says - I'm actually a "victim" or "addict".

    According to ARK you're right. And I'm not sure how essential VT-d is.
