    It's hard to compare die sizes prices across generations - the new process is almost certainly much more expensive than the mature 28nm process they came from. Likewise this isn't anything like as cut-down a chip as the 960 was, it's more akin to the 760 before it in terms of position in the range.

    But I think we'll see them hit £200 before too long, currency allowing.

    I hate the Strix cooler. I don't know why, I just really don't like it.

    Also, compared to other 3rd party coolers, I'm really not sure it justifies the additional pricetag in any scenario that I have ever seen. Sure, it often can achieve the highest clocks at OC but the performance that you get VS the other coolers when maxed out is worh pennies, not pounds.
