I have to say, thats not a problem with the design of the case, thats a problem with the Thermalright 120.
It should come with a warning about space requirements - so many people on the net have done the same as you ....

Please do not message me about Scan Free shipping, I no longer work for HEXUS.net
I've got no Nine Hundred anymore I'm afraid. If you have the heatsink in the horizontal plane like this
>>FAN HERE<<<<

|=O========O-|

Bottom of Case
Etc then it won't conflict with the side fan, although if you want the ultima I'm sure you could use the 120mm fan but keep it lower so it blows air across the heatpipes on the bottom and across chipset components.
nice review, thanks
Having real trouble with this case now I have 4 HDDs..... can only JUST fit a 9800GTX in place, and absolutely no hope for a second one even though this case is supposedly Sli certified...... even if it would fit in there (i.e if I had no HDDs) it looks as though it would seriously compromise airflow to the PSU.
Lian Li PC-A77B, monster of a case, just like the 900 as well with the front 5.25 bays with holes.
