I reallly should do something like this, is it worth booking a hotel room though, given I live within a short driving distance? Are people planning on crashing the bar in the hotel (if there is one!)??

I'm currently awaiting the keys to be given to me for my new place sometime this weekend, and then it needs a redecoration throughout.

As such, all my time, energy and money is going to be thrown into this for a few weeks until it's to a standard we feel happy with.
