Get yourself one of those packs of mixed chicken pieces from the supermarket, you can get any types here and use common sense as to how much. Normally I do this for a party or that so ten or so pieces is normal for this version. Get yourself a jar of barbecue sauce, again you choose which one you want but the type you marinade chicken in or ribs, then get two cans of any cider, no matter you are cooking with it.
Put everything in a casserole and mix it through then put in oven at about 140/150 and cook slowly.
Serve with rice or anything you want really, is ultra tasty and easy.
