MmmmmMMmm! Yeah! Crayfish! They are yum
I like them in curry - bit of curry powder, some coconut milk, fresh coriander, red chillies, peppers, served with rice and raw baby spinach.

(I met a crayfish once... walking by a river. Friendly little chap he was. I'll dig out the photo I took of him. )
