The next great pseudo-random recipe from SiM's kitchen

This is something Gordon Ramsay himself would be jealous of.

Following on from last time, the successful dish of mexican infused chinese cuisine, I thought, why not try another combination... This one is simple.

    Ingredients:
2 pieces of garlic and coriander mini nan bread
    1 red pepper
    1 onion
    cayenne pepper to taste
    little bit of turmeric powder
    soy sauce
old el paso refried beans (canned)
    cheese

    1) First the Chinese component. Sauté the onions and peppers. Add some soy sauce, the turmeric powder and cayenne pepper.

    2) Stick the refried beans in the microwave.

    3) Toast/grill the nan. Then slice it into strips.

    4) Stick the nan on the plate, shove the sautéd stuff on top, and then the refried beans on top of that.

    5) Finish off with a sprinkle of grated cheese.

    Enjoy guys

I think we could probably colloborate on a cook book your "cooking" is scarily similar to mine but you use fancy words like Sauté.. I just have different grades of frying lol

My personal philosophy on naan bread is, if it can be served with rice it can be served with a naan

Chinese and Indian is personally my favourite combination. Not a fan of mixing Italien with anything though.. baked bean pizza's for example, thats a no no.
