Aren't cookies just another type of biscuit?

another vote for choc bourbons here...

although, if you leave them in too long, you end up with brown floaters in your brew, not nice

second to these (as also previously mentioned) has to be hob knobs, they truly are the soldier of biscuits.

They are but I don't think they should count for the purposes of this debate... or at least the sort you get in supermarkets, about 4" wide and only semi-cooked. I suppose Maryland Cookies could be counted.

The Asda ones I'm on about are about 2" by 2" and hard, not semi cooked, as in snap a bit off.

Chocolate hobnobs or custard creams . . . and I must agree, the stem ginger cookies are brilliant, especially at 5 in the morning when you cant sleep.
    For dunking, dark chocolate digestives

Custard Creams are the king of all biscuits when it comes to tea dunking.

Also had some yummy Cadbury Chocolate Chip Chocolate biccies at work on Friday, must've been good because I ate most of the packet.... oops!

    Tea dunking is sacriligous.

Custard Creams rule. End of debate, thread can be closed.
