but 45p a pack seems a little expensive for the amount she seems to be getting through.

anyone know where to get some delivered for less than that, ie a box of 48?

Delivered? I doubt you'll find anything much cheaper, once you factor in the cost of delivery.

You could try somewhere like Makro, Costco, etc.
