Question food for the body and mind

I've finaly decided to chuck in all the junk food etc that i demolish through out the week and have decided to try a more heathly option. no i'm not fat quite the oposite (6ft4" thin as a rake!).

i'm looking at doing night school and start at the gym so i'm wondering if any one has any advice on what food will help me concentrate and remember things, also i need motivational foods, as i'm always feeling tired.

so if you have any juciy recipes or just have some good advice please let me know!

Yeah, I can dig out a healthy eating guide I wrote for junior chefs when I was at Champney's... it covers the basics of sensible healthy eating, should get you started.

Wilsonian I used the Nicorette inhaler stick for about three weeks, I find it has the advantage over patches or that in that it is an immediate, fairly close to smoking type buzz but is still not smoking and a pretty easy way to give up.
