And can they BA to type it out for me, Ive not done it for a while and its one of his classics imo

Just gone to kitchen to dig round and cant find the book anywhere must be out on loan

I have his books and that recipe is wonderful. Had it on one of the times we ate at his Seafood Restaurant in Padstow. Cooked it for Xmas Dinner last year.

Edit - Just checked ...no thats not the one I have. The one I was thinking off is with very thin slices of salmon with the sauce....not that pastry one.
