...surely it can't be that simple! does anyone know of any recipes where it's a bit more fleshed out?!?!Very simply - 8 or 9 cloves of garlic crushed to paste, oil, oregano and some fresh chilli - cook prawns, remove prawns add some white wine, then reduce sauce... that is all and it will be perfect
