nutmeg contains myristicin which is a stimulant/hallucinogen. But NEVER EVER do nutmeg to get high, myristicin & other oils in nutmeg are also SERIOUSLY neurotoxic, and to get high you have to take it in barely subtoxic amounts (a bit like the active threshold of lithium). Too much (and it's borderline how much is enough & how much is too much) can kill you, put you in a coma or cause permanent neurological damage. It's not worth doing not because it doesn't work, but becuase doing it is sheer lunacy - truly dicing with death - if you want to get high that badly you're safer with solvent abuse...

Firstly, you will struggle to eat enough nutmeg. In quantity it's simply so unpleasant as to be next to impossible, unless you want to try swallowing 20+ gelcaps.

Secondly, nutmeg has some serious side effects in high doses, particularly liver damage. You should take a look at a site such as www.lycaeum.org for information on ethogens.

Thirdly, as this is a family forum, it's probably not such good idea to disguss this kind of topic, especially in such a blase manner.

now onto banana hallucinagens....
i know that is the last time i eat nutmeg by itself, jsut had a little on my choco spread toast to see what it tasted like.......not good
