Cooked it for a few of us from the local pub, and they're still talking about it now! Absolutely superb matey.

Was looking for inspiration for something new to try. Although I have to confess that no-one was a fan of celery so I substituted it for mushrooms (why do shrooms always work so well in red wine?).

Anyway, cheers, looking forward to trying more yum Deck food.
