    coconut sponge

    any1 have a simple recipe to make a coconut sponge cake?

    I'd say, find a generic Victoria sponge recipe and stick in some desicated coconut with the flour?

    or replace some of the flour with coconut... as it might be too dry otherwise and crumble too much!

    thanx i might try a bit of both some of the internet recipes include pina colada yoghurt :S iv never seen that flavour in my life lol ne1 know where to get it?

    Why not get some coconut milk instead, you should be able to find that quite easily in supermarkets

    Or maybe try an Indian Market? they have Coconut products for sale, don't know how you'd go about getting Pina Colada yogurt..... could try making your own I suppose with some Pina Colada and natural yogurt?
