Does the RAM all look the same (physically)?

    It's one of two things.

    1) The RAM is the wrong type. Either shipped wrong, or mixed up in the supply chain somewhere else
    2) The RAM is the 'right' type, but the SPD table has wrong information inserted into it.

Look at the part numbers, you have 2x 1600MHz sticks and 1x 1333MHz stick, different part numbers.

If the sticky labels claim they are the same then one has been labelled up wrong and you should return it if that's not what you bought?

Were these a kit, bought together, where from?

Re: need help cpu-z is saying my ram is different

I'd contact Corsair first, Sometimes the manufacturers deal better with these things than the retailers.

I once bought an Enermax PSU and the retailer refused to accept that the fans not turning was a problem but, a call to Enermax had a new PSU in the post straight away.
