Is it even worth selling these now

I have the following:

Crucial Ballistix sport DDR2 800 4Gb kit (2 x 2Gb) not that old, it was issued brand new as an RMA replacement about 6 months ago and changed out not long after.

Kingstone Hyper X DDR2 800 2Gb kit (2 x 1Gb) a bit older and working fine

OCZ Platinum DDR3 1333 4Gb kit (2 x 2Gb) also in fully working condition.

Are these really worth selling anymore and if they are what could I expect to get for them?

Yes, I'd sell them. Maybe 5-10 quid for the 800s and 15-20 for the 1333 ?

DDR2 has increased in price as supplies dry up.

The 4GB set is worth at least around £30 to £35 on Ebay:

seems a bit cheap considering the balistix sport kit is still retailing for near 50 quid
