Hmmm. I think I'm going to avoid them anyway to be honest, there are plenty of other options for the same price so why not be sure?

Your call. Good luck with your choice.
Let us know if you choose from the mainstream (Corsair and such) or something more adventurous.
Haha. I'll be choosing mainstream, can't afford to be without a decent computer for much longer so I don't want to risk returning faulty RAM. I'll just avoid the specific sticks that have been mentioned, although... so far I've not had much luck finding any other mentions of compatibility issues anywhere. >.<
Oh actually, Kingston HyperX Beast.
Recommended?
Just because the 2x4GB 1600MHz is £60 on Amazon at the moment, can't seem to find comparable for less than £60 so...
edit: Not the Beast sorry, that was the 1.65V one. I meant the HyperX LoVo (<-- not the auto-link, it hits an old one. This: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Kingston-Tec...AM+1600MHz+CL9), 1.35V.
I've heard Kingston is a pretty solid brand but I couldn't find the LoVo on Scan and Dabs has it listed as discontinued. Just wondering why it was discontinued really, should I avoid it?

Go for it. From what I heard and read, it is a really got kit. Will link the review later.
EDIT: Kingston LoVo, Kingston LoVo Benchmark results and Kingston LoVo overclocking results.

Awesome, that was what I was finding too - just looking for some peace of mind I think. I'm convinced I'm going to fry everything with every part I buy at the moment. Haha!
Cheers, Bonebreaker
right... Got until the 15th to find a case before the RAM arrives and then I should have every part of my new (and first) build! So excited! xD
