What do the different CAS/CLI numbers mean : 16-18-18-38

Hey. Just that, really. I am confused, and have failed with searching, to find what the 2nd to fourth number means in those CAS numbers.

It doesn't help that I've seen conflicting answers on my travels (URLs not saved, sadly)

    Any suggestions? Thanks!

No probs. I found it useful for the basics, but always forget and have to re-read by the time I come to upgrade!
