    Ryzen 5 1600AF, 32Gb @2400 or 16Gb @3200...

Since I tested some other RAM in my PC the other week, I now cant get my 3200Mhz RAM to run at 3200Mhz, either manually or via XMP, it worked before but now if I have RAM in slot 1 it'll not do 3200, I can run slots 2/3/4 and get the XMP 3200 fine, but, do I really need 32Gb RAM?

I've tried all 4 sticks in slot 1 but its just not playing ball any more, I've flashed a newer BIOS, reflashed the BIOS that I was running but still no dice...

Odd it doesn't work in one but not three. Even odder it doesn't work anymore.

CMOS reset on the off chance it has kept some weird timing?

What voltages for dram and soc are you using?

My oc to the hilt suddenly wasn't stable, I dropped the memory speed by about 15mhz and it seemed OK. I then had cold boot issues so I dropped to xmp @3400 with 1.35v and soc of 1.05v. I have ballistix and a msi mortar max but only 2*8gb sticks.

I've got 4 sticks of the Crucial Ballistix Sport LT BLS2K8G4D32AESBK 3200 MHz stuff, I've cleared the BIOS with the jumpers, the default option in the BIOS and flashed and reflashed the BIOS countless times I had issues with XMP and the 2.9 BIOS so went to 2.5 and all was well, I've also tried the new 3.2 BIOS that they dropped recently but it just doesn't want to play ball anymore, I've also checked the contacts and all looks good.

    Ryzen 5 1600AF
    ASRock B450M Steel Legend
    RAM as above.
