    Problems logitech mouse.

    Hi Davey.

I am having problems with my logitech cordless mouse.(cordless internet pro)
The mouse keeps losing contact and sticking. I have tried new batterys but this has not solved the problem.
When the mouse sticks there is no red light at the bottom. You can click on the connect button and the mouse starts working again but the problem starts again after a very short time.
If anyone knows a link to correct up to date drivers i would be grateful or is this a faulty mouse?
    Robbo

I think it sounds more like a faulty mask. Drivers are only the Logitech SetPoint software. You need to get that replaced mate.

Just phone Logitech and they will ship you a new one.
Their RMA is THE BEST in the business.

you can do it via there website as well.

some questions they always ask are.

try it on another PC if possible, and also try it after uninstalling the setpoint software as the mouse will work without it.

so long as you point out in the initial support email you have tried on 2 pc's with and without software they will issue a new one without wasting a couple of days sending support emails back and forth

    Hi robbo,

Are you using any other wireless devices in your home? Do you know if any of your neighbours are?

A faulty item can easily be replaced but if the device is dropping the connection because it cannot see the receiver then it's possible something else is interfering.

Son has X box 360 and other son has Wii. I will wait till it starts playing up again and see if turning of x box and wii resolves problems. If it does not resolve problem i will test on friends pc and post back here.
