As much as I am able or allowed to. My primary concern is our Mesh Owners Club but I'll be checking here once or twice just in case.
I'm no longer a moderator but I am assuming I can still offer assistance as an employee if necessary.

Err... when making a statement like that you should back it up with either some reasoning.
I've not delt with MESH (I won't deal/not deal with a company based on posts like Solidlite's so not really an issue) and so knowing why you think they don't do a good job would be useful.
And to be honest given one of MESH employees is using his own time to help people out the facts aren't matching the statement. These days people are quick to condemn but very rarely give justification for their actions.
I've dealt with Mesh quite alot and whilst not perfect (come on name a company that is) Davey W has always been bloody excellent. Kicking sales staff when they snafu an order, or beating engineers round the head till they actually turn up when they say they will.
