Matx dying or dead form factor?

Seems like there are very few decent boards in matx at least for am4 these days is it a dying form factor?

It has been considered a budget OEM form factor for some time. You get normal stuff on ATX, or you pay extra for ITX, uATX is cheap.

There is one available for X570, which is one more than X470 AFAIK. The format isn't dying, there's loads of intel boards available (7 for Z390!), MB manufacturers have decided no-one wants MATX AM4 boards
