Arctic Liquid Freezer II 360 fit on a GIGABYTE Z490 VISION G

Will a Arctic Liquid Freezer II 36 fit on a GIGABYTE Z490 VISION G because I am worried about the socket part being to large with its VRM fan and it may overlap the the big heatsink on the motherboard. Cheers!

Re: Arctic Liquid Freezer II 360 fit on a GIGABYTE Z490 VISION G

    Hey!

I'm positive it will work, but a pre-warning I don't have a Z490 vision to compare to - I know it works fine on a Gigabyte Aorus B550 (my brother has both), and the distance between the socket top and VRM appears similar.

We had a similar feeling when buying the Freezer II, but I think it's almost an illusion that the off-centre pipes give that makes the actual CPU block look larger than it is - I'm confident it will happily clear VRM heat sinks on all modern boards.
