56k ISP in London

been trying to sort my brother out with a decent 56kb isp. so far have tried freeserve, virgin and BT all been dreadful with speed and connecting. this is in the N.W.London area

anyone live in london and have any recommends/suggestions?

Back in the day when I used 56k clara net were very good and I used them for several years.

problem seems to be everyones concentrating on broadband and letting the 56'kers of the country rot hehe
