I'm looking for someone who's good at web DESIGN. by this i mean producing a design in photoshop or illustrator or simillar that would be able to be cut up and used with the backend code I already have.

I've used "Immediacy Content Management" to design and help the

www.copelandbc.gov.uk website... btw thats the old site the new one wont be "LIVE" until mid January 2004.. lotsa tax rates etc to add.

I'd love to help but my schedule is full.

Just curious what tools your using for the site? like I said I used Immediacy, but also used Dreamweaver MX. (PS: I didnt design the site alone, im network admin, I just help the web lads where I can... when we're down on staff etc)
