wireless card for dual-vsta

my current wireless cards (netgear wpn311 and wpn111) cause my mobo to freeze.

at the mo i am using a wireless bridge instead and going through the lan on the pc but as i would like to use my bridge on my x360 i could do with a pci wireless card for the asrock.

has anyone got a wireless card for the dual-vsta that does not cause it to freeze.

will be connected to a dg834pn router if thats of any help.
