    BT Help Line

    When I got home yesterday I turned my Pc on and noticed my Broadband was not working. This has happened before so I did the usual, turned off etc (we all know the procedure) no Joy) So I rang tech services and after all the blah before we started I mentioned it was probably my line which is dead as I had no BB line light on.(also tested this with standard phone) no dial tone. But know she insisted I go through the motions with her which I had already done. 50mins later she said ok I will have to do a line test in which she got back to be and said she could not perform the test(which I could of told her) anyway I will get a call back tomorrow dont know how though seeing she didnt take an alternate number so it looks like another hour on the dog and bone to BT at my expense Great.

    Yeah, BTs Customer 'Support'....generally doesn't!

    We've had a number of problems and are currently trying to get some reimbursement from BT, we shall see...

    If the phone line isnt working you should go to BT retail first.

    I work for zen and if the PSTN is screwed then when BT broadband raise the fault to BT wholesale they`ll get it passed straight back saying PSTN fault and for you to call retail first.
