    Network Printjob limiter

I used to use a program called I papercut to limit the amount of paper people wasted.

This program would give each user "credit" and when they run out it would need to be recharged. Once the credit ran to 0 they could not print.

The program also showed how many prints each printer did per day, who printed and what the job name was.

Is there any know free software (linux is fine) thatcan do this?

Papercut is just not that good, so I don't want to pay for it again.
