Using a (cable) router as an access point.

Hi, i've been wanting to add wireless access to my mums current setup, and want the cheapest way to do it please.

She currently has a Netgear DG834 (no wireless) for her ADSL broadband.
I've tried swapping it out for a DG834G that i had spare (can't remember the revision number), but it became very flakey, so i had to swap back again.

What is the best thing to add on to the DG834 to allow wireless access?

I looked at 'wireless access points' but they cost loads, often twice the price of it's sibling router.
Would something like this £20 Zyxel do the job?
    Any other suggestions?

PS Wireless N and/or MIMO would be nice, but even just wireless in the same room is adequate.

You could add the DG834G using a cable from the DG834 to the back of the DG834G (eg Lan port 1 to lan port 1)

Tuen off the DHCP in the DG834G and it should work as an access point.
