Linksy WAG200G

I recently tried connecting to the internet via my Dell laptop but it didnt appear on it, I tried using other devices to find the router Linksy WAG200G and it found it, plus when i tried connecting to the router via LAN cable it worked fine. Any help with the this would be greatly appreciated

How old/what are the specs of your lappy? AFIAK that is a wireless G/54mbps only router, so if your Dell has an a/b (11mbps) wireless card, that could be the cause of the problems.

yeah the laptop is about 2 years old, but I dont think that the problem as before this incident the laptop connected to the router fine
