has anyone got one of these that is working at full power?

got the latest drivers and have done what it says on the ubiquiti forum in the device manger but it still says 2mw and the meter is still in the low red on the gui.

its on a laptop with win7 64 and it is the same on all of the usb ports on the laptop.

is it worth trying a powered usb hub cos i aint got a clue now
