Yahoo Mail + iPhone problem

I think I've put this in the wrong section, oops! Sorry if I have.

Basically, I have a Yahoo mail account, which is working fine on my phone, I receive emails the second they're sent, but they aren't showing up in my Yahoo email inbox within the online client.

I believe that my phone is receiving them directly and the emails are just completely bypassing the online client. I don't want this to happen, I'd like a copy left in both places if that's at all possible.

Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

Running an iPhone 4S and using Google Chrome browser.

I am having the same exact problem for the past three or so months. I can bring up my emails on my iphone without any problem. But when I log in online to the yahoo mail client i shows no emails in my inbox. But all my other folders work fine. Sent, trash, and drafts all show up online fine. Its just the inbox. Anyone have any idea what could be causing this? Would appreciate any help. This is maddening.
