I'm not certain, but I doubt that you can get software that you install locally that will mask what you do on the internet.
As no matter what you do your IP is still gonna be the one transmitting and recieving.
I may however be wrong... as its not something I've ever looked at.
I would guess the only way to mask your IP and its activities would be to browse through someone elses IP. ie. an anonymous proxy or something like that. As this would mean that it was the other persons IP and not yours. Of course there would still be the traffic between you and the proxy.
