Any of you on here ? are you having issues with the connection dropping out ?
I lost all connectivity on saturday for over 6hrs - phone the automated problem checker and "no issues in the area" - get online via my 3g modem and check the status page - no issues - phone and spoke to some one who had me reboot the modem even though i told him i had been doing that since the modem lost sync etc - buggers off for 5 mins then tells me there is a fault in the area when pushed to answer why the automated services are not showing issues he could not give me a answer - my take on it is that VM don't want to be seen to have issues; not good for the image is it....
The connection in this area has gone flakey of late but i put up with it - am not paying to have a BT line put in and the basic 10mb package for the most part has been stable but recently got worse..... but this weekend just took the piss - I might push the house owner to dump all the VM services (prices been going up and "sneaky" charges added that i don't agree with)
