Hi

I'm in the process of building a NAS server and am looking at options for off site back up of really important stuff (i.e family photos)

Looking a doing it using RSYNC in FreeNAS. Has anyone else had any experience doing this?

The site I am looking to backup to is either UK Backup or Amazon web services again any experience of these(or any others) would be great.

That sounds like an interesting project and one that I'd like to know more about as well but unfortunately not one I can help with at the moment as I nothing about RSYNC or cloud based backup services.
