    QoS does it work?

I'm currently on the Superhub with Virgin and I never had problems until the last few weeks where my older brother has started to play World of Tanks and keeps complaining about the "lag" when I have uTorrent running.

Well other then blocking the game ports or editing some files to rid the problem at the source, I thought I go with the harder and more expensive route of getting a new router and switching the Superhub into Modem mode and using QoS.

I'm looking at the Asus N56U Black Diamond since I see people always buying these in pretty much every tech forum I use.

I have never used QoS before and understand with this service, I can split our bandwidth. We currently on the 60mb plan and so would like to know if it's possible to split the bandwidth so it's 10/50, 10 for him and 50 for me.

    Can this work?

or save the money and cap the torrents bandwidth to 30mb

Capitalization is the difference between helping your Uncle Jack
