slow internet

i use a adapter before i would get 4 bars but now i get 2 bars and cannot watch videos . i have bt fibre optic any help would be appreciated

I'm no expert but the only two things I can think of is try either try a different adapter, and see if that improves things. Or I know when I moved my cordless phone unit that caused a slight drop in wireless signal. And maybe hard wire your laptop in to the router/modem just to see if the slow speeds continue. There should be some other along soon who may be able to offer more help.

if it's wireless change channel till you get a good un ...or try changing where you have the router
