Short answer no, BT stopped offering bonding services a long time ago.

You can still obtain services via certain other ISPs, or you can use a service like Shareband. If you've got the know how its possible to bond multiple lines yourself with a hosted server / virtual server running Zeroshell.

Eclipse do bonded ADSL, however it is just multiple ADSL lines and Sharedband provide the actual bonding.

You can just have 2 or more phone lines and ADSL packages installed and buy the bonding directly, probably for less.
