Something decent for gaming, doesnt have to be pro-gaming (which can tend to be expensive for no reason). Speed at home is like 8mb/s and if has linux native (driver) support , thats a plus.

The 7612 uses the rt2800 driver that should be standard in most modern distros. It should work from the start BUT performance on that driver is variable (IMHO) and you might be better upgrading to the Ralink rt3290sta driver instead. The same applies to the Edimax EW-7711In and the D-Link DWA-525 (150 instead of 300 if that matters).
The 7622 is just a rebrand of the ASUS PCE-N15, both are Realtek (rtl8192). Some amount of driver compilation faffery will likely be involved. The Dynamode WL-GI-700-11NX is the same chipset.
I didn't look past those because personally I'd rather have the convenience of USB especially at higher price points. If I had to pick one of the PCI cards I'd probably go with the Edimax EW-7722IN. It's well-priced and has native support (rt2800 as above).
Hope this is readable and of some help.

I try and avoid the whole driver thing by bridging ethernet. Either a WiFi access point so you can connect to the PC with an ethernet cable, or better still a Homeplug AV standard mains ethernet adapter. These have the advantage that they don't just work with a PC, you can plug anything with an ethernet port into it (games console, Freeview box etc).

Hmm, is it possible to use my mobile (Galaxy Note 2) as the wifi adapter for my PC? cant seem to find the right words for it in google. I want to move to ethernet broadband eventually.
So AP -> Note 2 -> PC through USB or something
You mean tethering. Google something like "usb tether wifi connection" for more examples. You can usually share either the AP or the mobile data via USB or WiFi.

Hmm thought tethering worked for 3G only, silly me.
The tethering thing was great but it had a drawback.
I was downloading some torrents (you know... linux distributions cough cough) over night and found out that my entire battery had drained. Also I like to have my mobile next to me when sleeping which isnt possible if its connected to my PC which is on overnight.
So I decided to go for this:
http://www.amazon.co.uk/TP-Link-TL-W.../dp/B002SZEOLG
For £8.11 its not so bad, and it some of the Linux flavors out there recognize it by default \o/
Has Windows 8 driver support too
