    Wifi card?

    Good afternoon!

    Finally got Fibre today, 36mb talk talk connection, 9 times faster than my previous ADSL connection so its a very welcomed upgrade. My old router was installed near the masterplug downstairs but this wasnt a problem since I got full speed through my powerline adapters. But now im only getting 5mb on my desktop through the powerline whereas on the laptop through wifi I get 30-34mb from where my desktop is located upstairs.

    So I have decided to get a pci wifi adapter or usb. I need the antennas to be external, attached to an extension cable 3m long. So any suggestions? Router talk talk supplied is a D link DSL 3780 N wireless.

    I dont mind spending around £25

    EDIT: Went for one of these, 1.5m, I think 3m would have been overkill :
