    WiFi printing

Is it possible to have a remote WiFi printer without the expense of Bluetooth? We use WindowsXP Home, 802.11b (soon to become g) and have a BTVoyager 2000 adsl router. Presently the printer is attached to my machine, however I want to move it into the spare room where there is no terminal.

    Many thanks.

You could get a wireless USB print server, these come in at around the £60 mark.

Alternatively, you can get a much more reliable result by buying a new HP printer with the wireless part already built into it.

Cheers, for the comment. Typing 'wireless printer' into Google hadn't come up with anything and I wasn't sure if there was a way other than Bluetooth to do it. I just found the HP you're referring to - it seems to have received good reviews, so I think I'll get me one.

    Thanks.

Hmmmm I've got a BT Voyager setup, with the wireless network inc ADSL, works a treat for print sharing between the laptop and the printer-connected main machine
